金鶯隊陳偉殷台北時間5日凌晨對太空人隊先發，投6.1局失2分，是優質先發的內容，但隊友並沒有給他太多的火力支援，所以殷仔依舊沒有拿到勝投，本季戰績仍是1勝4敗、防禦率3.18。不過，陳偉殷此戰投出9次三振，是他本季單場投出最多三振的一戰。

金鶯隊8局上Adam Jones轟出陽春砲（本季第7轟），幫助金鶯3比2擊敗太空人，金鶯總教練Buck Showalter第2局因抗議主審好壞球判決，遭驅逐出場。

此戰，金鶯隊打擊群面對太空人強投Dallas Keuchel的投球，1局上就有攻勢，Manny Machado敲出內野安打，接著盜上二壘，Chris Davis擊出安打，金鶯隊很快就幫陳偉殷打回1分。

不過陳偉殷3局下遭太空人隊Hank Conger轟出陽春砲（本季第3轟），而且連5戰被轟紅不讓，4局下Evan Gattis、Chris Carter連敲安打，Luis Valbuena擊出右外野方向高飛犧牲打，太空人隊攻得第2分。

金鶯隊6局上Adam Jones、Steve Pearce連敲安打，扳成2比2平手；陳偉殷6局下無人出局先保送George Springer，José Altuve擊出安打，一、三壘有跑者，不過殷仔立即穩下陣腳，先讓Evan Gattis打出內野高飛球，接殺，接著連續三振Chris Carter、Luis Valbuena，精采地化解危機。

陳偉殷7局下又是無人出局就讓太空人隊攻占二、三壘，他解決掉Marwin González之後，金鶯隊決定換投，由Darren O'Day接手，O'Day也漂亮地化解失分危機。

陳偉殷此戰狀況不錯，球速最快94哩，用95球、66好球投6.1局，被擊出5支安打包括1轟，失2分都是責失，三振9次、保送2次，又是優質先發的內容，可惜仍無法拿到勝投。
